Welcome to the OK N-Rail site
Oklahoma N-Rail is a non-profit, N -scale model railroad club engaged in the education of its members and the general public in all aspects of model railroading and the railroad transportation industry. The focus of the club layout is to recreate three dimensional pictures of Oklahoma and its trains as they are today and were in days past with an emphasis on the greater Oklahoma City area.
We have NTRAK, T-TRAK, oNe-TRAK and Freemo-N module and set them up at shows, malls and upon request at various other locations. For more information, contact us at email@example.com.
Joint the club and we will teach your children how to run trains, and let them run club trains on our layout.
Our layout is currently setup. It is open for members. To find out more, come to one of our meetings or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are now meeting at Johnnie's Charcoal Broiler, the second Thursday of the month at 7pm. See calendar in case we skip a month of move to another location for a month.
Willoughby Ranch has been around for a long time. Over the years, it has seen one renovation but was some time ago. The cows have grown old, and the water stagnant and the last straw was when the oil pump gave out and that land went up to foreclosure.
Now, the rural renewal project has taken the module and started work on it, first my removing parts, then gluing down new foam and then starting to carve the base of the Wichita Mountains into the landscape.
Once complete, new cows will be turned out to pasture, but since this is next to a wildlife refuge, you might see some buffalo roaming. And on occasion, if you listen carefully, you can hear them pactising at nearby Fort Sill, the home of the Army field artillery school.
We will continue to post updates pictures as work progresses.
