When building a frame for a corner module, the faces with the ends of the track have to be exactly perpendicular. Otherwise, it will throw off the T-TRAK loop.  I didn't have a square large enough to check this, so I clamped a two foot steel ruler to the square aligned with the inside edge of the shorter leg of the square.  I had to shorten the rear face a little to get the two faces exactly perpendicular.

One of the club projects proposed for this year is a T-Trak inside corner.  Attached i my plan for an inside corner module using 481 mm radius curved tracks, which matches the radius track of our large corner modules.  The 248 mm modules are needed to make the inside corner line up with the other modules in a layout with the large corner modules.  This will give us the option of an L shaped T-TRAK loop at the NSE convention in June.
